Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World episode 5 recap
Episode 5 of the Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World anime, titled To the East of the World, was mostly focused on Kai, Rinne, and the rest of the Urza Rebel Army's journey to congregate with the Io Rebel Army's forces.
Before Kai and his friends get the chance to leave the royal capital, they are suddenly attacked by the Dark Empress Vanessa's sister, Heinmarill. However, after a brief tussle, Heinmarill claimed, she was there to make a truce with the humans instead of fighting them. She declares that the Demons would allow the humans to remain in control of the royal capital, and told them to be wary of the Lord of Heaven, Alfreya.
Afterwards, as the Urza Rebel Army were on their way to rally with the Io Federation to battle against the Celestials, the former's forces were suddenly attacked by a Dragon. Fortunately, Kai fends off the Dragon's attack with Rinne's help.
Some interesting developments that took place in this episode, was the Io Rebel Army's Commander, Dante's surprising disdain for Jeanne's bravery, and the mystery surrounding his assistant commander, Qubirey, who surprisingly caught Rinne's attention.
To solidify his position after his subordinates were starting to get swayed by Jeanne's fearless leadership, Dante planned to send his soldiers to attack the Celestials right away, that too, without notifying the Urza Army of their intentions.
As the episode came to an end, Rinne made a surprising revelation - she believed that Qubirey was not human and that she may have been working undercover as Dante's assistant commander to carry out her schemes.
What to expect from Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World episode 6
Given the events that took place in episode 5, fans can expect Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World episode 6 to focus on the revelation of Qubirey's true identity and intentions, as well as the aftermath of Dante's reckless plan, which seems highly likely to end badly for him and his soldiers.
