Wind Breaker chapter 160 was expected to reveal Tomiyama's message to Sakura. Although the fandom expected the message to be about some other gang, it was quite wholesome, just like the rest of the chapter. Wind Breaker chapter 160 was mainly centered around Shishitoren and Furin students, introducing the gang members to the other gangs.
Gravel and Roppoichiza showed interest in Tomiyama, and even Tsubaki, who had seen the ugly side of Shishitoren, appreciated the gang's leader for his services. On the other hand, Kouta and Hiiragi were standing alone, and there was still some tension between them. However, the former realized that the grudge he held was created by himself, for which he apologized to the latter.

Wind Breaker chapter 160: Shishitoren steals the spotlight as the gang's condition after losing against Furin is revealed
Wind Breaker chapter 160, titled Melting Snow, commenced where it left off in the previous episode, as Tomiyama swallowed the food in his mouth and greeted Sakura and the others. Fitting his character, Tomiyama was immediately distracted by a nearby barbeque and was ready to leave Sakura's side without saying what he wanted to say.
As they continued their talk, other people wanted to join the discussion. Nirei took this opportunity to introduce the leader of Shishitoren, Tomiyama, to Suzuri and Kanji. Tomiyama made a funny pose by showing the flag of his gang on his back while Nirei was introducing him.
Kanji then introduced himself as the chairman of the Roppoichiza and Suzuri as the leader of Gravel. These two claimed they always wanted to meet Tomiyama and establish good relationships with Shishitoren as they did with Furin. Kanji also invited the Shishitoren leader to their place for food because Suzuri was pretty good at making food.
As expected, Tomiyama didn't reject the invitation. While their conversation continued, Wind Breaker chapter 160 saw Nirei breathing heavily, worrying Sakura. However, Nirei revealed he was doing so because the people standing before them were supposed to be their enemies, yet they were joining them in their celebratory party.
Wind Breaker chapter 160 saw Tsubaki join the discussion by praising Tomiyama for his services during the Noroshi battle. The Shishitoren leader claimed that he did so for his friend Umemiya. Togame added that Sakura was the reason behind their help because he had asked them for assistance.
Wind Breaker chapter 160 then shifted to the other side of the celebratory party, where Hiiragi and Kouta awkwardly stood next to each other. The other Shishitoren members had given these two some private time so they could sort out their issues without the interference of an external party.
As their discussion was going nowhere, some members asked Kaji to sort out their issue (because he was from the same middle school as those two), but Kaji was also adamant about them solving their issues themselves. Wind Breaker chapter 160 then shifted to the two, and Kouta started to grow restless because no one was talking.
So, Kouta offered to bring Hiiragi some drinks if he wanted to. Hiiragi was surprised by his formal behavior and started thinking of the old times when Kouta used to snap at him. Witnessing Hiiragi with a confused look, Kouta started laughing and told Hiiragi that he was about to leave Shishitoren after Furin defeated them because he had joined the gang on a whim.
After Hiiragi defeated Kouta in their gang battle, Kouta became angrier but then realized how immature he was. Moreover, Shishitoren also fumbled after the defeat, but they eventually settled down, and Kouta stayed with his gang because it was his home. Wind Breaker chapter 160 ended with Kouta apologizing to Hiiragi for keeping a personal grudge against him.
