Wind Breaker chapter 150 was released on August 7, 2024, and the chapter made the shocking reveal where Endo confessed his feelings for Sakura. The confession was made when these two were climbing the stairs to reach the rooftop, and while discussing their fight's outcome, the ex-Furin confessed that he fell for Sakura during the fight.
However, these feelings might not be "romantic" as Endo continued his confession by saying that he liked the fact that Sakura's emotions were solely focused on him, and this was what opened a whole new world for him. So, his confession could be that he felt an emotional affection for Sakura, the same feeling he has for Takiishi.

Wind Breaker: Exploring the relationship between Endo and Sakura
Haruka Sakura is the main protagonist of Wind Breaker and also the outsider who moves to Makochi to attend Furin High School. Discriminated his whole life due to his looks, Sakura developed a repulsive personality and had no idea how to receive a helping hand.
After his first fight against bandits in the city, the people of Makochi extended their helping hand to him. As expected, he didn't know how to accept their help. Eventually, as his classmates and Umemiya kept teaching him about how to live life, Sakura learned how to rely on others.
Yamato Endo is one of the major antagonists of the series and a former student of Furin High School during its dark times. Introduced during the 'KEEL' arc as a member of the gang KEEL, Endo was formally introduced in chapter 84 when he appeared after Sakura and Tsubaki took care of their enemy.
Endo was recognized by Tsubaki as the latter knew about him from when he was part of Furin. Endo challenged Sakura on the spot and these two fought during the 'Roppo-Ichiza' arc after Sakura reached the school after taking care of some forces of Endo.
While Umemiya took Takiishi with him to the rooftop, Endo and Sakura started their showdown without delay. Their fight started as a battle of fists and soon became a battle of perseverance as whoever held his ground the longest would win.
As the fight entered its last phase, Sakura mounted Endo and the latter tried to choke him. Strangely, Endo let go, which gave Sakura a chance to headbutt him. The battle ended with Endo passing out before Sakura. After waking up, Sakura confronted Endo as the latter admitted defeat and recalled his forces.
Sakura offered him a hand to reach the rooftop so they could witness the match between Umemiya and Takiishi. As they climbed the stairs in Wind Breaker chapter 150, Sakura asked Endo why he started holding back in the last phase of the fight. Endo laughed and confessed that he fell for Sakura.
Sakura blushed, which added to Endo's excitement. Endo continued by saying that it was the first time someone had directed their feelings towards him, which awakened something inside him. This shows that Endo's feelings towards Sakura might not be romantic but a sort of emotional affection.
Endo's life changed when he witnessed Takiishi for the first time, but those feelings were entirely one-sided as Takiishi never showed interest in him. However, during Endo's fight with Sakura, he felt someone directing their feelings towards him, a feeling he had never experienced before. So, him falling for Sakura, emotionally, was a given.
