You Are Ms. Servant episode 1, titled My Fateful Encounter with You, is scheduled for release on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at 1:30 am JST. Also known as Kimi wa Meido-sama, the anime is based on the popular Japanese manga series of the same name, written and illustrated by Shotan. The manga began serialization on Shogakukan's Sunday Webry website in June 2020.

It will then have a repeat broadcast on AT-X on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at 11:00 pm JST, and BS Asahi on Sunday, October 12, at 1:00 am JST.

This Fall 2024 anime will also be accessible on several streaming platforms, including ABEMA, d Anime Store, U-NEXT, Anime Hōdai, Bandai Channel, and more. However, the show will be available on platforms other than ABEMA starting Friday, October 11.

International streaming services like Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video have also obtained distribution rights, ensuring that fans around the globe can enjoy the show. Crunchyroll will offer early access to the premiere on Saturday, October 5, 2024.

You Are Ms. Servant is a rom-com centered on Hitoyoshi Yokoya, a high school student living alone. One day, a mysterious girl offers to be his maid. Initially nervous due to her past as an assassin, Hitoyoshi changes his mind when her skills save him from a near-fatal accident.

Despite her expertise in assassination, she lacks basic household skills, having dedicated her life to killing. However, living with Hitoyoshi allows her to experience new emotions, inspiring her to embrace a normal life.

She asks Hitoyoshi for a new name, and he names her Yuki. With someone she can finally consider family, Yuki begins to create cherished memories and tries to leave her dark past behind.

You Are Ms. Servant boasts a talented production team. The animation production is by Felix Film, featuring Ayumu Watanabe as the director, Deko Akao as the scriptwriter, and Tomoyasu Kurashima in charge of character designs.

The voice cast includes Reina Ueda, known for notable roles such as Reze in Chainsaw Man, Cha Haein in Solo Leveling, and Kanao in Demon Slayer, voicing Yuki.

Toshiki Kumagai, who voices Hitoyoshi, was also the voice behind Raion in Tasuketsu. The music is composed by Masahiro Tokuda, with the opening theme Otozure by Tricot and the ending theme Hyōjō Sabun by Dustcell.
