In the recently-released spoilers of Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 264, Yuji Itadori finally accomplished a feat that had been eluding him throughout his journey as a Jujutsu sorcerer—a Domain Expansion, aka the pinnacle of Jujutsu sorcery.

This was a moment that fans had been eagerly anticipating, especially since Yuji was practically powerless prior to the Shinjuku Showdown arc and was rarely able to hold his own against major antagonists without help. Seeing Yuji develop so much in such a short span of time brought immense joy to the fans, who celebrated their beloved character's greatest achievement in the series.

Now that Yuji has finally unlocked his own Domain, there is little doubt about him being in the upper echelon of the strongest sorcerers in Jujutsu society. As such, it is only right to assume that Yuji has the potential to grow even stronger than his current state, possibly surpassing the likes of Sukuna and Gojo, which would give some truth to the latter's prediction.

In Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 264, Yuji Itadori was the sole highlight once again, as the chapter showcased the main character's true power and reminded both fans and Sukuna never to underestimate him ever again.

Towards the end of the chapter, Yuji shocked everyone by finally unleashing his Domain Expansion against Sukuna, which transported both of them to what seems to be a very familiar-looking train station.

What's interesting about this Domain is the fact that it altered Sukuna's Heian Era form back to his form when he was in possession of Yuji's body. Although the name of the Domain is still unknown, fans are hoping that Yuji's Domain will be the key to ending the King of Curses once and for all.

Now that Yuji has unlocked his own Domain as well, it can be said with absolute certainty that he is currently one of the strongest Jujutsu Kaisen characters. A Domain Expansion was the last piece of the puzzle required for Yuji to realize his full potential in Jujutsu sorcery. All that is left for him now is to gain proficiency in all the techniques he currently possesses, which would likely give him the advantage he needs to put Sukuna down for good.

At the very beginning of the series, Satoru Gojo predicted that Sukuna possessing Yuji's body would likely work in the latter's favor since the techniques used by the King of Curses could be engraved in Yuji's soul sooner rather than later.

Additionally, Gojo named Yuji as one of his four students, who had the potential to surpass him one day. With how powerful Yuji has grown during his battle against Sukuna, Gojo's words could likely end up coming true in the upcoming chapters of the manga. It should also be taken into consideration that Yuji has risen to such great heights in less than a year's experience in Jujutsu sorcery, which speaks volumes of his limitless potential.

It should be noted that Yuji showcased the usage of all the above-listed powers during his battle against Sukuna in the Shinjuku Showdown arc, which is absolutely awe-inspiring, to say the least. Prior to the arc, Yuji had to rely primarily on attacks like the Divergent Fist and Black Flash and the ability to deal direct damage to his opponent's soul.

Even without Reverse Cursed Technique, Yuji had a superhuman level of durability and tolerance. Furthermore, his extraordinary strength, coupled with his proficiency in martial arts, made him a force to be reckoned with.

All of Yuji's newly acquired powerups have made him significantly stronger than before. It can even be argued that he is probably the only hope that the sorcerers may have of defeating Sukuna, seeing as to how the likes of Todo, Hana, Maki, and Yuta are currently down for the count.
