The spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 265 featured the long-awaited battle between Yuji Itadori and Ryomen Sukuna inside the former's domain, though it didn't go the way people expected.
From the beginning of the series, Sukuna held Yuji in deep contempt and never wasted an opportunity to make the latter's life a living hell. On the other hand, Yuji was driven by his hatred against Sukuna and was determined to kill him for every vile act he had ever committed but was powerless to do so.
In the upcoming Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 265, however, Yuji managed to successfully trap Sukuna inside his domain, which was unlike anything readers had ever seen. While the true nature of Yuji's domain is still unknown, it can be assumed that it can match the power of Sukuna's Malevolent Shrine, especially since the former threatened to end the latter's life and seemed confident in his ability to do so.

Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 265: Yuji may finally possess the power to end Sukuna once and for all
Ever since Yuji unleashed his Domain Expansion in chapter 264 and trapped Sukuna inside it, fans have been looking forward to witnessing the true nature and capabilities of Yuji's domain. However, not much information about his domain was revealed in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 265 since, apparently, not even Yuji was aware of its nature.
From thereon, Yuji spent the whole chapter walking Sukuna through his memories as he reminisced about his childhood and tried to showcase the value of human life to the King of Curses. He talked to Sukuna about when he had to move back to Sendai because of his grandfather's work and how his grandfather did so many things for him as if he were Yuji's real parent.
Yuji took Sukuna to see a vast, green field and caught crawfish with him. The duo even spent a while playing archery together. Eventually, Sukuna reached the limit of his patience and demanded Yuji to get to the point without wasting more time.
Yuji then told Sukuna about his philosophy, saying that he used to believe that understanding and fulfilling his role was what it meant to live and that he could die peacefully once he fulfilled his role. However, he said the past few months have taught him to view this perspective differently. He continued with his monologue, all while trying to make Sukuna understand the true value of a person's life.
However, it seemed like Yuji's efforts were in vain since Sukuna told him that although he understood what the former was trying to say, he simply didn't care about the value of another's life. Following this, Yuji tried to question Sukuna in a way that made the latter think that the former might be trying to take pity on him.
When the King of Curses asked Yuji whether he was trying to show sympathy towards him, the latter's eyes suddenly turned hostile, as he confidently declared that he could kill him. What's more, Yuji threatened Sukuna by saying that unless the latter releases Megumi Fushiguro and comes back to him, he would not spare his life.
It is possible that Yuji's newfound confidence is the result of his domain. Although Yuji had claimed earlier that he had created his domain instinctively, he may have either bluffed about it, or he could have found out about its sure-hit attack or true ability while reminiscing about his childhood.
While it probably is a stretch to assume such a thing as of now, fans have been speculating for a long time that Yuji's domain may be the key to defeating Sukuna. Seeing how confident he was while threatening Sukuna, it seems likely that Yuji will be the one to hit the final nail in the coffin for the King of Curses with the help of his domain.
