Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 263 ended with Sukuna coming face to face with a Maximum Jacob's Ladder while Yuta was left lying somewhere on the battlefield. While chapter 263 revealed that Yuta couldn't use Kenjaku's technique due to him not having its "complete knowledge," it also foreshadowed that Kenjaku might be using certain loopholes or binding vows to extend the duration of his technique.
Yuta consuming Kenjaku and taking his technique to enable himself to possess Gojo's body and fight Sukuna is inarguably one of the major dividing events to happen in the manga recently. His fall in chapter 263 gave rise to many theories regarding how Kenjaku's secret behind the prolonged body-swapping technique might be Yuta's last task.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Yuta's final contribution might be him revealing Kenjaku's permanent body-swapping tricks
While Yuta's unfamiliarity with Gojo's body and his inability to use Rika while in Gojo's body has been established in chapter 263, the actual workings of Kenjaku's technique and the intricacies behind Kenjaku possessing a single technique over an indefinite amount of time have yet to be revealed.
Although the uncertainty around the overlapping of Yuta's 5-minute limit on the copy technique and Kenjaku's body-swapping technique was last mentioned in chapters 261 and 262, it painted a picture that the end result of Yuta's actions is known to none.
The dialogues managed to give rise to numerous theories centered around how Yuta will die once his copy technique runs out or how Yuta will be permanently trapped in Gojo's body.
However, the dialogues never mention whether Kenjaku's technique permanently swaps his body or whether it is a short-term technique that keeps running on a loophole specific to Kenjaku himself.
Chapter 263 starts with Yuta firing off a Hollow Purple at Sukuna. Although this did virtually no damage to Sukuna himself, the aftermath saw Yuta being incapacitated with a completely limp body due to Kenjaku's technique being burnt out with Gojo's domain.
This not only accelerated the 5-minute time limit that Yuta was on, but it also led to Yuta's supposed death. However, contrary to many fans' beliefs, this might not be Yuta's actual death since a major character and ex-protagonist like Yuta's departure couldn't be simply this uneventful.
There is a very slight possibility that chapter 264 opens up with a look into Yuta's mind while revealing the reasons and possible loopholes that he could use to make Kenjaku's technique work again. Otherwise, it is also possible that Yuta's soul is swapped back to his own body via Ui Ui's cursed technique after employing some peculiar binding vow.
While a binding vow that extends the duration of Kenjaku's possession technique might have a very big cost, Yuta might survive and think enough to come to a definitive conclusion revealing this said loophole.
Yuta has already been established as a very perceptive individual with deductive skills second only to the likes of Todo and Gojo himself, so it is only in his character that he can deduce the complete workings of Kenjaku's technique.
Especially since his dialogues revolving around memories and Kenjaku's tricks have set up an intellectual challenge for him. It is currently not known whether Gojo's brain was disposed of or whether it was put into Yuta's patched-up body, but Yuta's severed body being patched up and Rika crying while holding it has signified that there is a major plot point that is yet to be revealed.
Final Thoughts
The Jujutsu Kaisen manga is currently on a break, and chapter 264 will be released on July 28, 2024. While chapter 263 ended with Angel blasting Sukuna with a point-blank Maximum Jacob's Ladder, chapter 264 might divert the focus to Yuta and his condition since he was simply left on the battlefield after being incapacitated.
