Dakotah Lindwurm is a professional long distance runner who qualified for the upcoming Paris Olympics in the women's marathon category.
Notably, she began her career in running, she served as a goalie for the St. Francis-North Branch girls hockey team. However, she pursued running at the request of her late mother. This led her to become a five-time NCAA Dll National Qualifier and two All-American honors. More recently, on February 3, 2024, Lindwurm ran 2:25:31 at the US Olympic Marathon Trials at Orlando and qualified for the Paris Olympics behind Fiona O’Keeffe and Emily Sisson, both of whom also qualified.

Chris Lindstrom’s Athletic Career
In his years as a competitive runner, Chris Lindstrom qualified for the U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials thrice (in 2004, 2008, and 2012) and was placed third in the USA Marathon Championships in 2001 and again in 2006.
He also ran for the United States at the 2007 Pan-American Games marathon and the 2010 World Mountain Running Championships, where the team won the silver medal. Notably, Lindstrom was also a member of Stanford University's NCAA Championship cross country and track teams in the late 1990s.
Chris Lundstrom’s Coaching Career
Chris Lindstrom has eighteen years of experience coaching at the high school, college, and post-collegiate levels. He coached seven women to the 2012 Olympic Trials Marathon. He has also coached track and cross-country at San Francisco State University.
His coaching expertise involves being the cross country and track coach at Como Park High School in St. Paul, Minnesota, from 2005 to 2012. During his time there, he won the St. Paul City Cross Country Coach of the Year award in 2006, 2008, and 2010. More recently, he spent three years as a coach at Minneapolis' Washburn High School, where he assisted in leading the boys cross country team to a state championship in 2015, when it finished second.
Remarkably, he also takes classes University of Minnesota where he teaches sport science, exercise science techniques, weight training and conditioning, and psychology of coaching.
