Jinson Johnson’s fantastic run at the Asian Grand Prix Games continued on Thursday after he won yet another gold in the Men’s 800m event at the second leg of the competition, being played in Pathumthani, Thailand.
Johnson finished the race with a timing of 1:49.85, leaving behind Hearth Induril of Sri Lanka, who came second with a time of 1:50.23 while Moselem Niadoost of Iran finished third with a time of 1:51.12.

This is Johnson’s second consecutive medal after he won the Gold in the first leg of the competition in Bangkok on Monday with a time of 1.:48.52.
India’s found joy in the Women’s 800m category as well as, Gomathi Mrimuth won silver with a timing of 2:06.25. Nimali Wkla of Sri Lanka, clinched Gold with a time of 2:06.14 while Abeyratne Gayathinka won bronze with a time of 1:51.12.
