During her junior year, she was the state runner-up in both the 100 and 200 meters, and in her sophomore season, she was the state runner-up in the 200 meters.

Her freshman year was marked by winning the state championship in the 100-meter, 200-meter, and 4x100-meter relay. She holds the school record in the 100 meters, 200 meters, and long jump. Additionally, she competed with the Carolina Gold Club track team in 2017 and 2018, qualifying for the USATF National Junior Olympics Outdoor Championships in 2018, where she placed 33rd out of 55 participants in the 100-meter dash.
