James Gallaugher may well be the fastest 12-year-old in the world. The Australian is already being compared to the likes of Usain Bolt after being videoed running 100 metres in 11.72 seconds – a timing according to Eurosport, worth a gold medal in the 1896 Olympics!
In the New South Wales primary school championships 4 x 100 metres relay event, Gallaugher chases down a 20m margin and goes on to win the race in a rather comprehensive manner at the end.
