The Parramatta Eels face the Sydney Roosters on Saturday, June 15, at the CommBank Stadium in the NRL Round 15. Two weeks ago, the Eels snapped a five-game losing streak with a shock win over Cronulla but fell short last week against Canterbury.

The Eels led the Bulldogs by eight points with 12 minutes to go, but took their foot off the pedal, conceding two tries in the closing period for a four-point defeat and their ninth loss of the season.

Meanwhile, the Roosters are coming off their bye and will be fully recharged for this clash. Before the break, they suffered a shocking loss to the North Queensland Cowboys in Round 13.

This match is a must-win for the Roosters, as anything short could see them drop down from the top-eight. They are sixth in the table, above Canterbury, Brisbane, North Queensland and St George in seventh, eighth only by points differential.
