I am an undergraduate student of physics. My area of study and sports are poles apart. However, like all sports enthusiasts, I take out time for sports as and when I can. I love playing badminton and cricket, more than following these on TV. But I have a soft corner for hardcore WWE, and watch many wrestling shows. Besides, I admire athletes-sole stars like Usain Bolt, Tiger Woods and Vishwanathan Anand more than team players. To me, sports writing is a medium that can inspire people to do better in daily tasks and achieve big things in their walks of life. Being a girl, I am also passionate about sports glamor, can't help it.
