The New York Yankees and their coaches are putting their confidence in Josh Donaldson and his ability to be an everyday starter in 2023. However, fans are having a tough time accepting that he can be a better player than he was in 2022. Yankees hitting coach Dillon Lawson still believes in Josh Donaldson, but he may be in the minority.When Donaldson was acquired by the Yankees during the offseason, he was supposed to bring leadership and offense to the team.
