In his current girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, Alex Rodriguez finds a lot of the qualities that are important to him. From personal fitness to entrepreneurship, the two share congruent goals and interests.

In a recent upload to her personal Instagram account, Cordeiro posted an image of herself enjoying the sun in a poolside arrangement. According to Cordeiro, some self-affirmation was in order, and she went on to caption her post with:

"No Filter just some good old fashion beast mode 24/7 grind. Unapologetically choosing living life over existing. Just a 44 year old fit Canadian momma celebrating the shit out of herself"

Hailing from Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Cordeiro is the founder of JACFIT, a personal training outlet that provides guidance and planning for women looking to embark on a fitness journey. She and Alex Rodriguez have often shared their fitness-centric posts on their respective social media handles.

The former New York Yankees superstar first began dating Jaclyn Cordeiro in late 2022. Since then, the two have fostered an obvious connection, with each having children of their own from their previous marriages.

Alex Rodriguez was married to Cynthia Scurtis from 2002 until 2008. The pair first met at a gym while A-Rod was a superstar player for the Texas Rangers. Before their separation, the couple welcomed two daughters into the world, Natasha, born 2004, and Ella, born in 2006.

Although they are not biologically related, Jaclyn Cordeiro has worked hard to foster a relationship with A-Rod's two daughters. Earlier this summer, the Canadian fitness icon was in Michigan to watch Natasha's appearance in a stage production of Oklahoma! "She may be as strict about her own regimen as he is, Alex and Jaclyn are both fitness obsessed and into exercise and bodybuilding."

With both already having been through failed relationships, building a relationship that works for both parties is undoubtedly important for both A-Rod and Cordeiro.
