Alex Bregman's wife Reagan drops hilarious 2-word reaction to 2X All-Star's recent photo dump

Star third baseman Alex Bregman shared highlights from his offseason activities on Instagram. While searching for a new team for the 2025 season in free agency, Bregman recently visited a training center to stay in peak physical condition and refine his skills.

On Sunday, Alex Bregman posted pictures of himself training and exercising, captioned:

In the first photo, Bregman is seen wearing a white T-shirt and shorts, holding a baseball glove in one hand and throwing a ball with the other. Another image shows him running on an open training field.

Bregman also wore apparel from Nemesis, a company he often endorses, while working out with two other baseball players. One of them is San Diego Padres utility player Tyler Wade, who is pictured beside the two-time All-Star.
