Alex Bregman's wife, Reagan Elizabeth, is an entrepreneur. After finishing her degree in marketing from Texas A&M University, she started working with Google in Austin but always had an interest in fashion, design, and modeling. She pursued this passion after starting her own athleisure brand 'Exiza' based in Houston in 2021.

Alex Bregman met Elizabeth at a group dinner organized by their common friends in 2017. The duo soon began dating, and after almost two years, they got engaged while on a trip to Aspen, Colorado, in January 2020.
They proceeded with their marriage in a closed private event in Katy on December 5, 2020. In their interview with The Knot, the duo reflected on their wedding, as they said:
"Sometimes it becomes all about the decor and party, but with COVID, we had to limit it and be extremely careful. We were able to focus on what it's really about, which was getting married," said Reagan Elizabeth
"I was very smiley and very happy. I almost teared up because I saw her mom tearing up … I was close. But I was just so happy… maybe more nervous," said Alex Bregman
They welcomed their son Knox Samuel on August 1, 2022. Together the happy family of three is residing in Pearland, Texas.

Bregman played the 2024 season with the Astros before becoming a free agent. He also won his maiden Gold glove award at the third base in 2024. Now, he awaits his next destination for the upcoming baseball season as many ballclubs are showing credible interest in the righty slugger.
