Baseball fans react to Randy Arozarena's clutch bases-clearing double in World Baseball Classic: "This was just... WOW!" "Stop pitching to this guy"

Randy Arozarena has been on fire at the plate in the World Baseball Classic. The Cuban outfielder, who has lived in Mexico for nearly a decade, is putting Team Mexico on the map.

From his on-field antics to what he's doing at the plate, all eyes are on Arozarena. In a must-win game for Team Mexico against Team Canada, Arozarena hit a bases-clearing double to put his team up four.

The double gave Team Mexico some much-needed breathing room. Team Canada had nothing left in the tank, scoring only three runs in the game. Mexico went on to beat Canada by a score of 10-3.

Team Mexico moved to 3-1 in pool play mainly from the bat of Arozarena and their excellent pitching. They now await their quarterfinals matchup in Miami.

Arozarena has always been clutch in the biggest games. During his MLB postseason career, he's hitting .333/.417/.705 with 17 home runs. The bright lights don't affect him.

In the four games Team Mexico has played, Arozarena is 7-14 with six extra-base hits and nine RBIs. He broke Team Mexico's record for most RBIs in the World Baseball Classic.

The team has played perfect baseball outside of their extra-innings loss to Team Colombia in the opener. If not for that loss, they'd be tied with Samurai Japan and Team Venezuela as the only undefeated teams left in the tournament.
