Cleveland Guardians manager Terry Francona wasn't off to a hot start at Spring Training. In the first couple of days of camp, Francona sweated through his shirt at a team meeting and chipped his tooth while eating spaghetti.

Things have seemed to calm down for the veteran manager ever since. There hasn't been any news surrounding Francona except for his team's new shirts at camp.

A website used beauty technology analysis to rank the most handsome managers over the winter. Dusty Baker of the Houston Astros was at the top of the list, with Terry Francona sitting close behind him. Apparently, the Guardians think that their manager was snubbed.

If you play for one of the most handsome managers in all of baseball, why wouldn't you want the world to know? It's safe to say that the Guardians are having fun at Spring Training.

Cleveland Guardians fans love that the team is doing this. Francona is one of the most well-respected names in all of baseball. You will rarely hear anything negative about him.

The Cleveland Guardians won the AL Central last season and will look to do so again this year. They made some additions in the winter to upgrade their roster.

The Guardians also signed first baseman Josh Bell. Bell fits nicely into the middle of the order for Cleveland. He's another guy that has great power at the plate.

They'll have their hands full in the division. You can't sleep on the Minnesota Twins. They could make some noise if their roster can stay healthy with Carlos Correa leading the way.

The Chicago White Sox is another team that could trouble the Guardians. They are looking to bounce back from a poor 2022 season. They hired Pedro Grifol to be the new manager, so it will be interesting to see how he has the team looking when Opening Day rolls along.
