Coach Lou Collier has unwavering confidence in Team USA's chances of winning the World Baseball Classic

In less than a month, baseball fans around the world will be tuning in to the much-anticipated 2023 World Baseball Classic (WBC). The tournament, which features the top international baseball teams from around the globe, is set to begin on March 9 and run through March 21.

As the WBC approaches, one team that is garnering a lot of attention is Team USA. Additionally, he stated that if he were a betting man, he would put his money on Team USA to come out on top:

"You're talking about some of the best players in the world, arguably a core of Hall of Fame type players with elite coaching staff. ... Mark DeRosa who's leading the way, he has a great game plan to get the pictures in and out of there and build them up as we go. So, I mean, I'm confident in the group that's out there. If I was a betting man, I would put my money on USA. But we all going to be pulling together to make sure that everybody is ready to go."
