The New York Yankees evened up the series on Saturday, taking Game Two of the series 4-1. Jhony Brito looked great as he went five innings, giving up just one run on three hits.

Giancarlo Stanton had a day at the plate as he went 2-4 with a home run. Five other Yankee hitters joined Stanton in getting a hit in their Saturday victory.

The Yankees' bullpen was rather impressive on Saturday. Michael King, Wandy Peralta, and Clay Holmes all kept the game clean out of the pen.

Saturday's win moves the series to 1-1, with the series finale scheduled for Sunday. After that, the Yankees travel to Cleveland to take on the Guardians.

"Brito once again comes through with the season on the line" one fan tweeted.
"Great time to be a New York fan!" another fan tweeted.

New York Yankees fans couldn't be happier with their team's performance tonight. They had already lost their first game in the series, so they were coming into this game with their backs up against the wall.

Fans will be ready for the team to close out the series on Sunday. Nestor Cortes is slated to take the ball for the Yankees, while the Orioles will give the ball to Tyler Wells.

The New York Yankees may have some trouble in the division this year

Teams in the American League East have started the season off hot. The Tampa Bay Rays are the only undefeated team in baseball right now, with a record of 8-0. The Toronto Blue Jays have started off well, too, tying the New York Yankees in the standings with a record of 5-3.

This division seems like it's going to be competitive all season long. Even the Boston Red Sox, who many aren't high on this year, are hitting the absolute cover off the ball.

It will be important for the Yankees to win the games they are supposed to win and stay competitive in the games they're not favored in. With the way the rest of this division looks, the Yankees won't be able to dig themselves into too deep of a hole.

The Yankees need to continue to keep getting timely hits while their starting pitchers go deep into games. If they can keep performing as they did on Saturday, they are going to be a tough team to beat.
