LA Dodgers pitching ace Clayton Kershaw has embraced a fresh look this holiday season. In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Kershaw sported a clean-shaven look, ditching his beard while posing with his wife, Ellen, and children, Cali Ann, Charley, Cooper and Chance.

"Merry Christmas!" Kershaw wrote in the caption.

Kershaw has used his Instagram account to share family moments with over 700,000 followers. On May 13, shared several pictures of his wife and children on Mother's Day.

"Happy Mother’s Day!" Kershaw wrote.

Ellen and Clayton Kershaw's time together

Ellen Melson and Clayton Kershaw have known each other since high school. They started dating when they were students at Highland Park High School in University Park, Texas. The couple has been married for 14 years and has four children. Ellen and Kershaw married after seven years of dating, on Dec. 4, 2010.

Meanwhile, the 2024 season was a difficult one for Kershaw, as he only made seven starts and was forced to exit his last game due to a toe injury on Aug. 30. He posted an ERA of 4.50 in 30.0 innings, striking out 24 batters and finishing with a 2-2 record.

Kershaw is a free agent this offseason, but is expected to re-sign with the team.
