A recent baseball game in the Chinese League gave witness to one of the most comical and unexpected errors fans have ever seen. In a showdown between the TSG Hawks and the Fubon Guardians of the Chinese Professional Baseball League, a trio of errors led to one of the most frustrating moments possible for Hawks pitcher Wang Yao Lin.
It was a moment to forget for the Chinese League's last-placed team, the TSG Hawks. After a routine infield ball was hit to the Hawks' shortstop, the infielder threw the ball to home plate to attempt an prevent a run from scoring. What took place after is something that baseball fans may have never seen before.

The TSG Hawks catcher Chen Shih Chia made a throw back toward second base to try and cut down the runner returning to the base. Instead, the throw took an awkward bounce between the legs of the Fubon base runner and under the gloves of three different Hawks players.
The defensive blunder not only allowed the Fubon Guardians to score two more runs, pushing the lead to 11-5, but also highlighted why the TSG Hawks might be last place in the Chinese League. Through 60 games so far in the CPBL, the TSG Hawks have a 23-0-37 record.
The Chinese League is not the only Asian baseball league to grab headlines this week because of defensive lapses
Although the KBO (Korea Baseball Organization) is considered a higher level of competition compared to the Chinese League, it is not exempt from questionable defensive plays. Even though the KBO produced MLB stars such as former Texas Rangers outfielder Shin-Soo Choo, this highlight was not one of the league's best defensive moments.
"[Today's KBO] I don't even know if I'm watching professional baseball cause two inside the park home runs in one game is not common" - OkIncident6977
In a recent game between the KT Wiz and the Hanwha Eagles, some defensive errors led to the two unofficial insider-the-park home runs. It is rare enough to see one inside-the-park home run, but two, albeit, unofficial ones are simply something to see.
