Yankees manager Aaron Boone praises Aaron Judge's hot hitting streak

New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge continued his hot-hitting streak on Friday against the Chicago White Sox. Yankees manager Aaron Boone praised the slugger for his offensive outputs.

Yankees won the contest 4-2 at Yankee Stadium, and the Bombers started their offensive production with yet another lead-off home run by Judge in the top of the first inning.

Boone gave his take on Judge's stellar presence in the dugout and what it means for the organization to watch their star slugger flourish as he is currently in the big leagues after encountering a slump early in the season.

Boone said:

"I think when Aaron (Judge) is swinging like he is right now, you know the guys definitley get a jolt out of that and we have seen a lot of that in the last week.
"You know some early shots fired by AJ, so really good at-bat there, 3-0 pitch probably similar spot in maybe missed its spot in then came back in there, the swing he put on that to be able to keep that fair just kind of is testament to where he is at right now in the box."

After a slow start to his 2024 campaign, Judge is pouncing on pitches like his old self. He has now blasted three home runs off 10 hits and has driven in five RBIs in the last eight days.

He has been exceptional with his at-bats against Yankees AL rivals this season and is projecting great offensive numbers since getting over his early slump at the plate.

Yankees captain Aaron Judge has finally found his rhythm at the plate

Aaron Judge is batting with a healthy average of .267, with 12 home runs, 30 RBIs, and .981 OPS so far this season for the Yankees.

The Bronx Bombers are on a five-game winning streak, and in those ties, Judge has amassed a total of ten base hits, as he now leads the Yankees roster in major offensive numbers except for the batting average and RBIs, where his Dominican teammate Juan Soto has flourished so far this season.

Judge's plate discipline and the recent upend in the hitting stats are a major boon for the Bombers as they look to claim that elusive AL pennant and eventually the World Series title.
