William Contreras would like to continue his scintillating form from 2024 into the 2025 season. On Sunday, the 2021 World Series winner shared three Instagram stories of his workout sessions.

William Contreras is the younger brother of Wilson, a catcher and first baseman for the St. Louis Cardinals. Wilson won the World Series with the Chicago Cubs in his debut MLB season in 2016.

Contreras' girlfriend is Nixzali Adames, the sister of his former Brewers teammate Willy Adames. Willy signed a franchise record seven-year, $182 million deal with the San Francisco Giants.
