It has just Phylon on the heels so nothing special there.The forefoot is free feeling with the open mesh and it’s protected by a layer of fuse in the high wear areas. I would say not the best shoe of the year but at a limited price offers a lot of features.It will be interesting to see what Nike does with the next version of PG.
