The small man had a career year last year playing his heart out for the Boston Celtics. He overexerted himself in his injury in the playoffs and is out of the season till now. He is expected to be back in few weeks and it will be interesting to see the Cavaliers change their offense to revolve around Thomas a little bit.

Last year, he was the arguably the second most clutch player of the league after Westbrook and will presumably be one of the closers for the Cleveland Cavaliers after coming back from injury. Because of his smaller stature, he has obvious defensive woes which effects on his net rating.
