#17 CJ McCollum
We have "the Robin" of the Portland Trail Blazers at 17. McCollum is one of those guys who make the 2013 draft a little more sensible. Winner of the Most Improved Award before, McCollum is a force to reckon with in clutch time. If Damian Lillard's shots aren't falling, McCollum will take over.
With Nurkic in the team, it will be interesting to see how far Blazers will make this time, assuming all remain healthy. Although, this year Mccollum has slowed down a bit, but he probably will pick it up.
