#3 Kevin Durant: Forward 1
After a prolonged absence which saw him miss the entirety of the 2019/20 season, Kevin Durant is set to return to NBA action once again. One of the most gifted scorers of all time, Kevin Durant will have to shoulder the load of expectations of a title run with the Brooklyn Nets, which might lead to him making the NBA All-Star team.
Durant has made it to the All-Star team 10 times in a row and can be considered a lock for one of the forward spots already.

#4 Giannis Antetokounmpo: Forward 2
Reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo had a disappointing exit in the 2019/2020 postseason at the Miami Heat's hands in the second round. He will now be looking to put that behind and bring a championship to the city of Milwaukee.
The Bucks had a strong offseason, as the front office was tasked to put the right players around the Greek Freak. With a new look Bucks outfit, Giannis Antetokounmpo will be a favorite to make the NBA All-Star team as a forward after captaining the Eastern Conference squad last year.
#5 Joel Embiid: Center
The Philadelphia 76ers had a busy offseason which saw them revamp the roster and get in a new coaching staff. New head coach Doc Rivers is expected to positively affect center Joel Embiid, who made the NBA All-Star team last season with ease.
He will be expected to make the NBA All-Star team in the upcoming campaign as well, both due to his skill and the lack of competition at the center spot in the Eastern Conference.
