Team USA women's 3x3 outfit finally bagged their first win at the 2024 Paris Olympics. On Thursday, they held off a stern Spain side in a defensive showdown to win 17-11. Hailey van Lith and Rhyne Howard propped up five points each in the win, and the side now has two more games in the pool stage.
The next test comes against France and Canada with the contest against the latter proving to be the decisive for their knockout hopes.
