#2 New face of the franchise

Despite turning 37 earlier this year, Dwayne Wade remains the Miami Heat's biggest star. Wade has appeared mostly from the bench since his return last year, and in a league built on its stars, Wade remains Miami's only viable candidate.

For years, Hassan Whiteside flirted with becoming the new face of the Heat, however, his career is now in decline, and Miami desperately needs a new star to replace the outgoing Wade. The franchise doesn't have the resources to pursue a superstar such as Anthony Davis, however, Lonzo Ball is a promising player who attracts a lot of attention.

Despite his modest performances, Ball has already amassed a huge following, and the young guard is often the talk of the NBA media. He could also still develop into an All-Star, especially in the much weaker Eastern Conference, and Ball should help to get more eyes on the Heat as a franchise.
