LeBron James Records: 5 unbreakable NBA records that The King holds

#4 Only player in NBA history to average more than 25 points per game for 14 straight seasons - Where do we even start with this particular record. He has been in the NBA for 15 seasons and barring his rookie season he has managed 25+ point average per game throughout his career. Hell, even Wilt Chamberlain could only manage 25+ points per game average for 8 straight seasons (and 9 overall), although he did average one 50+ season but that was a different era with less number of teams. LeBron James is a physical behemoth with an extremely high basketball I.Q.

#5 Only player in all-time top 10 in points, rebounds, assists and steals in Career playoffs: When you have a player who in addition to constantly racking up triple-doubles also leads the team in steals, you are bound to end up in 8 consecutive NBA Finals. If he is in your team, and you have qualified for the playoffs, you better start preparing for the Finals too. He will get you there while leading the team all 4 relevant areas and then some.

While I have little hope for Lakers ending up in NBA Finals unless Kawhi Leonard or another star player shows up. I do believe that LeBron is committed to building a Championship team, why else would he sign a 4-year contract without a free-agent option. LeBron is no longer looking at immediate results, he has his sights on retiring as a Laker.
