Although John Wall has stated that he is happy in Washington, the Wizards are reportedly open to trading away their longtime point-guard. The Wizards' season is shaping up to be a disaster, meanwhile, the Detroit Pistons have made a surprisingly good start.

The Pistons are in 'win now' mode, having taken on Blake Griffin's huge contract last season. The franchise also has the dominant Andre Drummond, and adding John Wall would perhaps make the Pistons the dark horse of the Eastern Conference.

However, it may be a difficult trade due to the fact that Detroit would have to move a number of players to make room for Wall's salary. This one may ultimately depend on if Washington goes into rebuild mode.
