Even though the Houston Rockets have moved on from Mike D'Antoni's offense and a high number of 3-point attempts per game, the team continues to have the 3-pointer as one of its main weapons. The Rockets are 10th in 3-point shots attempted per game (38.6), and PJ Tucker has been their best shooter so far.

Tucker has made 54% of his 3-point shots on three attempts per game. He has made 1.6 of his long-distance attempts per game for a Houston team that is barely making over 34% from 3-point range (24th in the NBA).

No. 1 - Seth Curry (Philadelphia 76ers)

Seth Curry is a tremendous shooter from the 3-point line and a good sample of it is his rank in NBA history in career 3-point percentage (second with 44.9%, behind just Steve Kerr at 45.4%). Currently, Seth Curry leads the NBA after making 59% of his 3-point shots in his first eight games with the Philadelphia 76ers.

He is averaging 5.3 attempts from beyond the arc per game, and that and his 3.1 makes are both career-high numbers. However, Curry and the Sixers' early season took a huge blow after he tested positive for COVID-19 on Jan. 8. He will be forced to miss several upcoming games for the team.

In his last four NBA seasons, when he has posted the most playing time, Curry has made over 45% of his 3-pointers in three seasons. Overall, he has made 471 3-pointers in 1,049 attempts in his NBA career.
