#4 Luka Doncic - 4.3
One of the contenders for the MVP, Luka Doncic has been spectacular this campaign. After winning the Rookie of the Year Award last season, Doncic has stepped up his level and is now a contender for the MVP this term. He is averaging 28.5 points, 8.8 assists, and 9.3 rebounds while shooting over 46% from the field.
The guard runs the offense for the Dallas Mavericks and is the one who sets up teammates while holding the team together and is one of the reasons why he generates on an average 4.3 turnovers per game. His defense continues to be a liability but his offensive prowess has already seen him be regarded as one of the best players in the league.

Doncic has 13 triple-doubles this season which is the joint-highest in the league.
#3 Russell Westbrook - 4.4
Nearly playing like his old self, Russell Westbrook has stepped up big time for the Houston Rockets. Merited with an All-Star selection for the fine season he is having, the guard is leading the way for the Houston Rockets and was the star man during the recent slump suffered by James Harden.
The former MVP is averaging 27.5 points, 7.1 assists, and 7.9 rebounds this term while shooting over 47% from the field. Despite his jump shot still being unreliable, the ability of Westbrook to attack the rim at will is what bags him so many points. Sharing the burden along with Harden is one of the reasons why he has 4.4 turnovers in a game.
Arguably the most athletic point guard of all time, Westbrook continues to go past opposition players like they are cones and his dunks are truly a spectacle. With a great regular season, the guard will be hoping to deliver a championship to the city of Houston.
