Klay Thompson is one of the most prolific shooters in NBA history. He made five straight NBA Finals, which will surely help his statistics with respect to the quantity of three-pointers. Thompson had a 41.9% career shooter from distance. He has also made 86 three-pointers in NBA Finals for the Golden State Warriors in 27 games.
The three-time champion has made 41.1% of his three-point field goals in the NBA Finals. His best series in terms of making three-point baskets and shooting efficiency from beyond the arc was the 2019 NBA Finals. The Warriors lost to the Toronto Raptors that year and Thompson injured his knee.

Despite the heartbreak from the series on a collective level, Thompson registered plenty of individual brilliance. He made 24 of his 41 attempts from threes and shot 58.5% from beyond the arc.

It should never be a surprise to see LeBron James amongst the leaders of any category regarding the NBA Finals or the postseason in general. James' consistent success in his career has translated into several feats and records in the postseason. His all-round game has left him in second place with respect to three-point baskets in NBA Finals history.
Though he is not known for his shooting, 'The King' has made 101 three-pointers in the 10 NBA finals he has appeared in so far. He has the fourth-most NBA Finals games played in NBA history, behind Bill Russell, Sam Jones and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. James has also made 35.2% of his threes in his career in The Finals.

If LeBron James' presence on this list doesn't surprise you, then Stephen Curry's name being mentioned shouldn't either. Arguably the greatest shooter in NBA history, Curry has also taken advantage of playing in five NBA Finals series during his prime with the Golden State Warriors.
Stephen Curry has made 121 three-point baskets in his NBA Finals career so far, while playing in 28 games on the league's biggest stage. He is already the all-time leader in three-pointers made in the NBA Playoffs and will most certainly end his career with the most career 3P baskets in basketball history.
Curry's percentage from 3P drops a little bit in the postseason compared to the regular season (43.3% to 40.1%). However, there is no denying that he is a force to be reckoned with from the three-point line.
