#3 C.J. McCollum

The 10th pick of 2013 NBA draft was C.J. McCollum. CJ is special. He has come a long way from averaging 5.3 points in his rookie season to 20.8 points per game in season 2015-2016 when he won the Most Improved Player Award. He is averaging 21.7 points per game in this season. He and Damian Lillard are scoring machines at the offensive ends.

The only area which he needs to improve to become the All-star material is the defensive part of his game. He is slow on defense and this the part which is very important to be a complete player. People have a lot of expectations from him and he has got all the talent to fulfill those.
