#3 Charlotte Hornets - Average roster height : 201.1 cm
The Charlotte Hornets have been one of the most exciting young squads in the NBA since the start of last season. Their offensive play and fast-paced brand of basketball almost saw them make the playoffs last season. They have a great chance to qualify for the postseason this time.
The Hornets did have a fairly tall roster last season as well, but this time they have players who are more agile as well. Their potential starting lineup itself has at least four players 6'7" and taller. This might help them improve defensively in the upcoming season.

#2 Orlando Magic - Average roster height: 201.6 cm
The Orlando Magic, unlike last season, seem to have a great sense of direction this time around as they undergo their first full season of a rebuild. They have some great young players in their ranks, headed by the 5th overall pick from this year's draft, Jalen Suggs.
The Magic had a decent offseason regarding their player acquisitions. They have a great roster composition in terms of the size of their current roster. In short, their guards have the average guard height, while their frontcourt players will likely match the size of their counterparts with great ease.
This will create a good balance for them on both ends of the floor, with both size and physicality available in the right proportions. The tallest players on the Magic roster for next season are Mohamed Bamba and Robin Lopez, both standing at 7'0" feet tall.
#1 Dallas Mavericks: Average Height 202.7 cm
The Dallas Mavericks have the tallest roster in the NBA and by a huge margin. They have one of the tallest players in the league right now, with Boban Marjaonovic, who stands at 7'4".
The Mavericks' smallest centers, Dwight Powell and Maxi Kleber, are billed at 6'10", which gives them one of the most flexible big-man lineups in the league.
They used it to their advantage against the LA Clippers in the playoffs last season to a great extent. The Mavericks have only three players below 6'5" feet in their squad.
