While the previous game was a dynasty on its last legs, this one was where the Lakers' run for back-to-back titles in 2009 and 2010 begun. The 2008 Finals between the Lakers and the Boston Celtics were a relatively close-fought series with four out of the first five games ending with a point differential of just six points.
