#2 Stephen Curry
Stephen Curry is arguably one of the best shooters in the league and he proved that once again with another spectacular performance with the Golden State Warriors during the 2019-20 season. The guard averaged 32.0 PPG, 5.5 RPG and 5.8 APG all while shooting 48. 2% from the field.
However, that wasn't enough as GSW failed to find a place in the playoffs and crashed out in the play-in tournament. Steph has been a part of the team ever since they drafted him in 2009. He has been brilliant to watch and also ended the 2020-21 season averaging 42.1 % from beyond the arc.

His brilliance with GSW helped him bag his second $200 million-plus contract extension. As per the latest deal, Steph will earn $215 million through the four-year contract.
#1 Kevin Durant
Kevin Durant was one of the key players for the Brooklyn Nets during the 2020-21 season. He played 35 games for them during the regular season, where he averaged 26.9 PPG on 53.7% shooting from the field.
He also had a stunning performance during the post-season, where he averaged 34. 3 PPG, while shooting 40.2 % from the three-point range. Although the Nets failed to get the better of the Bucks during the conference semis, KD served the fans with some world-class performances. However, that was not enough, as they lost the seven-game series to Giannis' Bucks.
At the end of the season, Brooklyn was convinced that they wanted to keep KD and offered him a lucrative max-contract extension. As per the deal, he would be earning $194.22 million on a four-year contract.
