Flagler averaged 15.9 points and 3.4 rebounds per game over 36 games during his freshman season. He was named the Big South All-Freshman Team selection and the Big South Freshman of the Year in the 2018-19 season, according to his college profile. Flagler later joined Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and played for the Baylor Bears men's basketball team.
