Andrew Nembhard is a Canadian combo guard who plays for the Indiana Pacers as of December 2024. Before entering the NBA, Nembhard attended two high schools: Vaughan in Ontario and Montverde Academy in Florida. His college career also spanned two colleges, first playing for Florida (2018-2020) and then for Gonzaga (2020-2022). He first showed his clutch genes at Florida in 2019 when he hit a game-winning buzzer-beater against LSU in the SEC Tournament. In his first season at Gonzaga, Nembhard came off the bench and won the West Coast Conference's Sixth Man of the Year award in 2021.

On November 23, 2022, Nembhard hit a game-winning three-pointer in a 116-115 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers. In his second season, Nembhard improved his field-goal percentage from 44.1% to 49.8%. He became a starter and played a crucial role as the Pacers reached the 2024 Eastern Conference Finals. Before Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the New York Knicks, the Indiana Pacers were down 0-2, so Game 3 was a must-win for them, and this game was tied at 106-106. With only 16 seconds remaining on the game clock, and the shot clock winding down to a single second, Andrew Nembhard pulled up for a deep three-pointer—and connected! In a high-pressure NBA playoffs moment, Andrew Nembhard hit the longest three of his career and helped the Pacers get a much-needed win, cutting the series deficit to 2-1.
