But Caitlin Clark's 2024 achievements don't stop there. Basketball Reference mapped out the most viewed WNBA player page in each state this year. In the report, the Indiana Fever star emerged in all 50 states.

Angel Reese's name has been mentioned several times in the replies:

Fans are seemingly not quick to forget. Last June, Chicago Sky's Reese was in the headlines as she sparked controversy, stating that the popularity of the WNBA is not just about one person, but it is because of her, too.

"Yeah, the reason why we watching women's basketball is not just because of one person. It's because of me, too. And I want y'all to realize that," Reese said during a June 2024 interview.

Several WNBA fans' and followers' tweets seem to refer precisely to Reese's past statement:

Even if Clark is already a professional player, her collegiate page is still the most viewed as seen on the map. Results are also similar for both the US and Canada.

The Indiana Fever, Caitlin Clark's team, also dominated Basketball Reference's 2024 Most Viewed WNBA Team Pages. In the report, Basketball Reference mapped out the most viewed WNBA team in each state. The Indiana Fever emerged in all but three states.

Some fans acknowledged the rise of Indiana Fever as arguably the WNBA's most popular team:

Not surprisingly, the Fever's page also emerged as the most viewed team page across Canada.
