Anton Watson played college basketball for the Gonzaga Bulldogs from 2019-20 to 2023-24 under the long-term basketball coach Mark Few. He suffered from multiple injuries early in his college career and went through knee and shoulder surgeries in his freshman year. Despite the early setback, Watson averaged 14.5 points, 7.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.5 steals per game in his senior year (2023-24) which helped him raise his NBA Draft stock.
