After a tough first two seasons, Adebayo emerged as a star in his third NBA season. In November 2023, Adebayo had a triple-double with 22 points, 20 rebounds, and 10 assists in a clutch 108–107 win against the Los Angeles Lakers. With this performance, Adebayo became the first player in Miami Heat history to record a 20-point, 20-rebound triple-double in a single game. Adebayo is a three-time NBA All-Star, with selections in 2020, 2023, and 2024. He has also been to two NBA Finals in 2020 and 2024. In the 2023-24 NBA season, Bam Adebayo averaged 19.3 points, 10.4 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.1 steals, and 0.9 blocks. In the 2024-25 NBA season, Bam Adebayo earned $34.85 million salary from Miami Heat.
