The Brooklyn Nets cap off a four-game road trip with a matchup against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday. Brooklyn, already without Cam Thomas, Day’Ron Sharpe, Bogdan Bogdavonic and Noah Clowney, could miss a few more key players. Cam Johnson, Dorian Finney-Smith and Nic Claxton are questionable heading into the game.
The Suns might also not be in full force when they face the Nets. Phoenix could hold out Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal for the second night of a back-to-back set. "KD" and Beal impressed in their return, but even Suns fans would not be surprised if the two stars were unavailable. Devin Booker, who had a superb game against the LA Lakers on Tuesday, will lead the hosts.

Brooklyn Nets vs Phoenix Suns preview
The Brooklyn Nets have proved they could beat strong teams on the road. They won against the Sacramento Kings 108-103 on Sunday before upsetting the Golden State Warriors 128-120 on Monday.
In both games, Cam Thomas and Cam Johnson were available to carry the scoring load. Without the two, the Nets will lean more on Dennis Schroder, Jalen Wilson and Ziaire Williams to boost the offense.
It remains to be seen if that will be enough to pull off another upset when they visit the Suns.
Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns snapped a five-game losing slump with the return of Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal. If the two are unavailable, Brooklyn’s chance of pulling the rug from under the hosts will improve.
The Suns remain formidable without "KD" and Beal. Devin Booker, Jusuf Nurkic, Tyus Jones, Grayson Allen and Royce O’Neale are healthy. Phoenix likes its chances to defend its home court, particularly as the Nets will not have Thomas and Johnson.

Brooklyn Nets vs Phoenix Suns prediction
The Nets pulled off resilient wins when they had two of their big guns. Minus Cam Thomas and Cam Johnson, Brooklyn will be hard-pressed to beat the Suns on the road.
The game could turn into a rout if Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal receive the clearance to play. If not, the Suns could still win but allow their opponents to cover the -7.5 spread.
