The Atlanta Hawks drafted Cam Reddish with the 10th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. He has also played for the New York Knicks and the Portland Trail Blazers. This offseason, Reddish signed with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Throughout the 2022/23 season, competing 40 games for the Knicks and Blazers combined, Reddish averaged 9.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.0 steals per game. He shot 44.6% from the field, including 31.3% from the deep.

Reddish is expected to play an important role for the Lakers’ title hopes in 2024.

Cam Reddish Trade

Cam Reddish has been traded twice so far. First, as per Spotrac, the Atlanta Hawks traded him to the New York Knicks on January 13, 2022 in return for a first round pick from 2022, Kevin Knox II and $834,589. Then the Knicks traded him to the Portland Trail Blazers on February 9, 2023, through a four team trade process also involving the Hornets and the 76ers.

After becoming a free agent in 2023, the Lakers signed Reddish on a veteran minimum two-year deal.

Throughout two seasons with the team, he played 35 games, averaging 7.4 points and 1.5 rebounds per game. He shot 43.8% from the field, including 28.7% from deep. He was traded by the Knicks on February 9, 2023 to the Trail Blazers in a four-team trade involving the Philadelphia 76ers and the Charlotte Hornets.

Portland Trail Blazers (2023)

Cam Reddish made his Blazers debut on February 10, 2023. In his solo season with the team, he competed in 20 games, averaging 11.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.2 steals per game. He shot 44.3% from the field, including 31.8% from deep.

Los Angeles Lakers (2023-present)

In the 2023 offseason, Cam Reddish signed a two-year deal with the Lakers. In 12 games so far in the 2023/24 season, Reddish is averaging 8.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.0 steals per game.
