#2 Zach LaVine
Zach LaVine joined the Bulls in 2017 as part of the trade that resulted in Jimmy Butler leaving for Minnesota, and the two-time Slam Dunk Contest winner has since established himself as a regular starter.
So far this season, LaVine is averaging 22.8 points and 4.4 rebounds per game, although reports have linked the 23-year-old with a trade, and the Chicago Sun-Times has highlighted why LaVine could be moved:

He’s a streaky scorer, and still has problems staying focused defensively, especially off the ball. He’s definitely a key block for this rebuild now, but should an offer of an All-Star-caliber player be made, the Bulls must listen, especially if that player is a more consistent outside threat.
The Bulls are under no pressure to trade LaVine away as he is under contract until 2022, although Chicago's performances have actually been better when LaVine has been absent from the team.
Due to this, the Bulls are likely to accept a trade if a good offer comes along, although it remains to be seen which NBA teams will be interested in the former Timberwolves man.
