The Milwaukee Bucks will try to win their first preseason game when they host the Chicago Bulls on Monday. Milwaukee lost its debut to the Detroit Pistons 120-87 on Oct. 6 before succumbing to the LA Lakers 107-102 on Thursday. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard lead the Bucks.
Meanwhile, Chicago hopes to bounce back after losing 124-121 to the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday. Billy Donovan’s roster is dealing with injuries so it wouldn’t be a surprise if the Bulls play without some key players.

Bulls vs. Bucks: Key matchups
Giannis Antetokounmpo vs. whoever the Bulls put on him
Nikola Vucevic can’t keep up with Giannis Antetokounmpo while Patrick Williams and Jalen Smith are likely out. The unenviable task of guarding the two-time MVP, who had a spectacular game against the Lakers, could go to Torrey Craig. Chicago’s undersized frontline has its job cut out for them trying to slow down the “Greek Freak.”
Damian Lillard vs. Josh Giddey
Chicago would have likely put Ayo Dosunmu or even Coby White on Damian Lillard but the status of both is uncertain. Josh Giddey might be the first to get a shot at “Dame Time.” Giddey is familiar with the All-Star guard after years of playing against him while the Bucks superstar was still with the Portland Trail Blazers.
It will be interesting to see how Giddey fares versus the sharpshooter now that he doesn’t have Lu Dort or Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
Nikola Vucevic vs. Brook Lopez
The natural matchup in the game has to be between Nikola Vucevic and Brook Lopez. Both aren’t very mobile but have savvy moves to try and get the better of the other. Lopez can defend “Vooch” across the floor and vice versa.
