An Under-18 FIBA Americas Championship winner of 2018, Coby White is a professional basketball player from the United States. Drafted as the 7th overall in the first round of the 2019 NBA Draft, he was picked by the Chicago Bulls. Playing for the Bulls, he received the NBA All-Rookie Second Team in 2020. He received All-tournament honors for being the top scorer of the team in the 2018 FIBA Under-18 Americas Championship.

Playing high school for Greenfield School, he was named the North Carolina Mr. Basketball and received McDonald’s All-American honor in 2018. The five-star recruit scored 3573 points during his high school career and became an all-time scoring leader in North Carolina High School basketball’s history. He received 2018 USA Today’s North Carolina Player of the Year in 2018 and was nominated for the MaxPreps All-American First team.

Playing collegiate basketball for North Carolina, he scored 82 three pointers in his freshman year, breaking the previous freshman record for three-point shooting. He received the ACC All-Freshman team and Second team All-ACC honor in 2019.
